Hi, I'm Johnny.

I’m a delivery leader with 15+ years in IT outsourcing and software development. I own customer accounts end to end — from presales, proposal and estimation through delivery — and care as much about scope, quality, schedule and cost as about the people doing the work.

I’ve led a 60+ member delivery unit to Top Delivery Unit recognition two years running, co‑founded and built an engineering team from scratch, and delivered for clients in Singapore, Australia, Japan and Europe. Today I head a 27‑person engineering division at an EdTech product company, where I own delivery process, CI/CD, quality gates and AI platform cost.

I’m PMP certified, hands‑on with AI‑assisted delivery, and I enjoy mentoring engineers into technical leads and managers.
